The Quantum XP window sash comes in two different sizes:
The Quantum XP Essentials sash is 35mm wide, making the window stronger and more robust than most conventional aluminium windows. The Essential Series uses Delrin glide blocks for effortless, maintenance free sliding that will perform for the life of the window
The Quantum XP Premium sash, at 55mm wide, has a truly solid look, reminiscent of timber, and is extremely popular in both traditional and contemporary house designs. The Premium Range uses a heavy duty, dual wheel system for smooth operation.
Security
Our locks are easy to use and for greater security, our sashes are non-removable.
The Quantum XP Essentials window combines a latch and key-lock facility.
The Quantum XP Premium window with a concealed integral vent-lock allows your window to be deadlocked while partly open, to permit ventilation. We also offer an optional deadlock with vent-lock and fire egress features.
Fire safety
Unique to the Quantum XP sliding window, the fire egress security pin system allows for the rapid removal of barrier screens in the event of an emergency.
Insect screens
Traditionally, insect screens have been treated as an after-thought, but Trend’s screens have been designed as an integral part of the window. Tension loaded, so they will not rattle, they can be fitted and removed from the inside in a matter of seconds.
Protective wrapping for delivery to site is standard for all products.
